Minors only, parent or guardian must be joint on the account.  No monthly maintenance fee until age 18. At age 18 there is a $4 monthly maintenance charge that can be waived if you maintain a $300 minimum daily balance requirement. A $3 excessive withdrawal fee will apply for each withdrawal exceeding the regulatory limit of three per monthly statement cycle.
