Residential Real Estate

Residential Real Estate Construction and Development

Real estate development and construction continue to be important factors in economic development, and First Market Bank is committed to supporting the financial needs of our community’s real estate community.

More and more builders and developers are drawn to First Market Bank’s attractive terms, fast & efficient response and local knowledge—as well as our attitude of partnering for the best interests of our customers.  And while we can custom tailor a product to fit our customers’ specific needs, most often our construction and development loans take one of two forms:

Home Builder Lines

First Market Bank’s Revolving Construction Line of Credit is specifically designed to make life easier for builders. A line amount is determined based on the specific needs of the builder along with lot, spec and presold limits.  Since our builders remain long term customers, recordation and attorney fees are minimized by revolving funds/properties under the line.  Disbursement of construction funds to the builder are based on a percentage stage of completion schedule. Sensitive to the special credit needs of home builders, First Market Bank will collaborate with you to tailor lines of credit perfectly suited for your purposes.

Residential Development Loans

Financing is available for both land acquisition and infrastructure development for residential subdivisions. Our experienced team is well versed in the structuring of development loans and through our customized approach to development lending, we can put together the perfect package for your needs. We listen and respond with true solutions.
